CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY LOCATION
At checkout, you can select the delivery location offered (home, an alternative address, or a pickup point where available). We recommend choosing a location where reception is possible. The options proposed may vary depending on the destination and the type of products ordered.
CONSOLIDATION & LOGISTICS
To optimise the route, certain orders may be consolidated or moved through logistics hubs. This organisation helps manage international flows and local distribution. During these transfers, tracking updates may not be continuous.
PASSING INFORMATION TO THE CARRIER
The information needed for delivery is passed to the carrier to enable handover. In some countries, the carrier may require a specific address format or additional information. If a clarification is needed, you may be contacted to facilitate delivery.
DELIVERY TO A THIRD PARTY
If you want the parcel to be received by another person, make sure the name given and access details are consistent. Depending on the carrier’s rules, authorisation or ID may be requested. Handover remains subject to the applicable delivery procedures.
HANDLING TRACKING ANOMALIES
A tracking status can sometimes seem inconsistent (temporary return, missing scan, updates stopping). These situations may correspond to sorting operations or transfers. If the anomaly persists, contact us with the order number so we can assist you.
RECEIPT & CONFIRMATION
After delivery, it is advisable to keep confirmations and, if necessary, proof of handover. In the event of a dispute, these elements can help reconstruct the circumstances of delivery. Our team can also assist you in gathering useful information from the carrier.
